Abstract

This research mainly aimed to identify the Problems facing wheat farmers in the village of Sanhour el-madena in Desouk district،at Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate، and the research was conducted on a sample of 175 respondents، and the most important results are summarized as follows: The problems facing the surveyed wheat farmers and affecting the quality of production were represented in four main problems، namely the problems related to the supply of seeds، and those related to the supply of agricultural machinery، Which is related to the supply of fertilizers، and which is related to marketing، and the results showed that about 86% of the surveyed wheat farmers believe that these problems combined exist in a high degree، and that 84%، about 95%، and about 86%، and about 89% of the surveyed wheat farmers believe that the problems that The response of the surveyed wheat farmers related to seed supply، agricultural machinery supply، fertilizer supply، and marketing is found in a high degree، respectively، and that it was possible to arrange the four groups of problems facing wheat growers according to the importance It is relative to the degree of its existence from their point of view based on the weighted degree of the degree of existence، that the problems related to the supply of agricultural machinery came in the first order، followed by the problems related to marketing، then those related to seed supply، then those related to fertilizer supply، with a weighted average of 2.91، 2.75، 2.43، 2.37 degrees، respectively.
