The research mainly aims to study Farmers’ knowledge of the extension recommendations related to the use of some agricultural pesticides at Elhamoul district, Kafrelsheikh Governorate. Two villages were random selected from the El-Hamoul district by the basket. They were Al-Nasr and Kom Al-Dahab villages, and the number of holders in it about 2,244 holders. Then, a systematic random sample of 224 respondents was selected according to the "Kreijcei and Morgan" equation, with 134 and 90 respondents in the two villages respectively. The most important results were: It was found that 84.8%, 56.7%, 87.5%, 10.3%, and 14.3% of the respondents had a high degree of knowledge of the extension recommendations related to handling, before, during and after spraying agricultural pesticides and when poisoning with them, respectively. According to the results of the general average of knowledge of the extension recommendations in each axis, it was found that: knowledge of the general extension recommendations to be taken into account during the spraying of agricultural pesticides ranked with 85.4%, then knowledge of the general extension recommendations to be taken into account when dealing with agricultural pesticides with 65.8% , then the axis of knowledge of general extension recommendations to be taken into account before spraying agricultural pesticides, with 68.7%, knowledge of general extension recommendations to be taken into account after spraying agricultural pesticides with 61.6%, and finally axis of knowledge of general extension recommendations to be taken into account when poisoning with agricultural pesticides with 48.9%.
